As Managing Director, Mr. Hartnett is responsible for developing and executing company business strategy, providing strategic advice to company leadership, and designing and implementing business plans to maximize team performance to achieve company goals. Mr. Hartnett also serves as portfolio manager for non-intrusive inspection projects as well as an advisor on federal acquisition, budget, and engagement strategy across the customer portfolio.

Previously with CT Strategies, Mr. Hartnett served as Manager of Business Strategy & Analysis, where he supported CT Strategies’ leadership by evaluating business opportunities, structuring client engagements, and performing data analysis and metric development. In this role, he was responsible for leading process improvement initiatives in multiple lines of business and developing business intelligence capabilities and KPI’s to inform strategic decisions while also managing select client accounts.

Prior to joining CT Strategies, Mr. Hartnett served as Associate with the Business Advisory Services Practice at Command Consulting Group, a homeland security and intelligence consultancy. With Command, Mr. Hartnett managed a portfolio of corporate clients composed of major defense contractors, professional services firms, and technology companies. He assisted in developing and executing their go-to-market strategies for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and its constituent agencies.

Mr. Hartnett received a BA in Political Science and Security Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA in 2011. He received his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
