As the Managing Director, Ms. Dodman is responsible for supporting development of business strategy and managing company operations. She monitors business performance by analyzing KPIs and oversees the three business lines – Business Advisory Services, Navigator Services, and Global Development. She provides guidance on client accounts and business opportunities.
In her prior role as Director of Business Development, Ms. Dodman was responsible for identification and pursuit of strategic opportunities and partnerships. She guided objectives for business expansion, developed proposals, and designed projects. She also coordinated with the Marketing team to establish metrics to monitor the company’s business development performance.
Previously, as Senior Associate of Global Services, Ms. Dodman supported CT Strategies’ client portfolio through research, analysis, and overall engagement management.
Ms. Dodman holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Relations from the Royal Holloway, University of London.
