Andrew Farrelly is the CEO of CT Strategies, which provides strategic services to clients seeking current and innovative insight into border management and supply chain challenges in the U.S. and around the world. During his time with CBP, he was integral to developing the operational standards and efficiency as a former Director of Targeting Programs for CBP’s National Targeting Center, as well as in his most recent role as the Chief of Staff for the Deputy Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. His work at TradePath focuses on designing compliance strategies and operational solutions to mitigate tariff and customs exposure.

Danny Burrows is the Founder of TradeWorthy and a former Australian trade negotiator with decades of experience in international trade law, rules of origin, and FTA implementation. He has supported numerous Indo-Pacific governments on trade facilitation and digital trade frameworks, including development of ASEAN-wide rules and strategies. Mr. Burrow’s role at TradePath centers on helping clients align operations with international trade agreements and maximize origin-based duty savings.

Karen Kenny is a Senior Global Supply Chain Advisor at CT Strategies, which provides strategic services to clients seeking current and innovative insight into border management and supply chain challenges in the U.S. and around the world. She is also the founder and President of K2 Trade Solutions, LLC, a global trade management advisory firm that assists companies in optimizing their supply chains to save time, money, and reduce risk. 

Michael Ford, founder of Trade Bridge Consulting, has over 40 years of experience in international transportation and trade compliance. He is a nationally recognized expert in documentation, import/export controls, and regulatory risk management. Mr. Ford’s leadership in communication and system logic on governmental rules and regulations is central to understanding and resolving complex regulatory issues quickly, decisively, and with minimal impact on customers. At TradePath, Mr. Ford supports clients in navigating complex customs procedures and integrating trade compliance into everyday operations for resilience and efficiency.

Mr. Bradd Skinner is a Homeland Security professional who is an accomplished leader, with 35 years of domestic and international experience. With over 20 years of experience with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Mr. Skinner’s areas of expertise include border security systems, trade operations and negotiations, and international investigations. Mr. Skinner is fluent in Spanish and English. Mr. Skinner advises TradePath clients on trusted trader programs, AEO implementation, and advanced customs compliance strategies that reduce risk while accelerating legitimate trade.

Tim Ward is a leading expert in rules of origin and customs procedures, having served as Australia’s lead negotiator for major FTAs including AANZFTA and the Trans-Pacific Partnership. He has trained trade officials across ASEAN and advised the UK post-Brexit on origin policy. Mr. Ward supports TradePath clients in leveraging preferential origin benefits and improving documentation practices for global market access.

Mr. Gordon Wright is a highly experienced professional with over 40 years of expertise in border agencies, international transport associations (IRU & IATA), and DHL Express. Throughout his career, he has been a lead negotiator on cross-border security, customs regulations and procedures, cargo and mail supply chains, and international trade. Mr. Wright guides TradePath clients in navigating EU customs policy, AEO program compliance, and developing strategies for secure, efficient cross-border logistics.

Chris Perry is a border management and port expert with over two decades of service with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). He has held leadership positions in the field, overseeing cargo and traveler operations, immigrant policy, and trade enforcement and facilitation at multimodal port locations. He has also been responsible for overseeing program and operations offices at CBP headquarters. At TradePath, Mr. Perry provides strategic guidance on customs operations, technology integration, and risk-based approaches to trade compliance.
