K. Hallie Larsen

K. Hallie Larsen is the Director of CTPAT & AEO Navigator at CT Strategies, managing our portfolio of clients seeking support in certification and compliance in CTPAT and AEO programs. Ms. Larsen is responsible for client engagement, business development, and marketing.

Ms. Larsen supported the development of the Navigator service line prior to its launch in 2023, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and analysis of the service packages to inform strategic decisions. She also managed client accounts, supporting compliance evaluations and conducting supply chain risk assessments.

Previously, Ms. Larsen was an Analyst on the Global Services team at CT Strategies, supporting our client portfolio through research and analysis, as well as coordination support for domestic and international projects.  

Prior to joining CT Strategies, Ms. Larsen graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy. During her studies at William and Mary, Ms. Larsen conducted legislative research and policy development on various social issues in the United States, as well as internationally.
