Mr. Roseingrave has served a distinguished career, building mutually beneficial relationships within the Government and international bodies. Currently, Mr. Roseingrave serves as a Senior Project Manager for the New Zealand Police. In this role, Mr. Roseingrave is responsible for leading two crucial projects, the first being the procurement and use of Rapid Antigen tests for New Zealand Police staff in a manner consistent with the New Zealand Government’s ongoing COVID-19 management settings. The second project being the review and design of an operating model for injury and illness case management and rehabilitation within the New Zealand Police.
Before his role at the New Zealand Police, Mr. Roseingrave served as a Project Manager of Strategy and Implementation for the Ministry of Education. In this position, Mr. Roseingrave was responsible for procurement of services, relating to the design and implementation of the community provision of counseling in schools. The project included all aspects of the initiative and integration with the Ministry of Education’s Mental Health and Wellbeing services, such as collaborating with stakeholders to deliver counseling services suitable for a Te Ao Maori environment.
Additionally, Mr. Roseingrave served as the Manager Capability of System Strategy and Initiatives for the Department of Internal Affairs. While in this role, Mr. Roseingrave was responsible for developing, coaching, and managing a multidisciplinary team of Strategic Advisors with diverse backgrounds, experience, and skills to respond to the priorities and key objectives of the Strategy for a Digital Public Service. Through his collaboration with a team of specialists, Mr. Roseingrave determined the appropriate resourcing strategy and approach to best meet the ongoing capability requirements of the team and work program.
Prior to these roles, Matt Roseingrave served as the Program Manager for the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment, as well as the Program Director for the New Zealand Customs Service. In addition to his role as Program Direct for NZ Customs Service, Mr. Roseingrave also served as the Group Manager of Strategic and Executive Services, the Customs Counsellor for Beijing and North Asia, and the National Manager of Investigations.
