Leslie Hernandez

Leslie Hernandez is an Analyst for the Business Development Divisions at CT Strategies, a firm that provides strategic consulting services to clients seeking insight in customs, trade, and border management.

As an analyst Ms. Hernandez supports her director by writing proposals and project plans, conducting research and outreach as well as identifying potential opportunities and partnerships. With a native fluency in Spanish Ms. Hernandez assist the division by taking the lead in any proposal, outreach, or project plan that requires Spanish as the primary language.

Prior to her role as an analyst Ms. Hernandez was an intern for CT Strategies as part of their Future Trade Leader Fellowship Program for the academic school year 2022 – 2023. Completing a rotation through the three divisions of the company: Marketing, Business Development, and Global Services.

Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in International Business from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Born and raised in the Southern border of Texas Ms. Hernandez is aware of the challenges presented in the border regions and is eager to work along CT Strategies in their mission of transforming customs operations worldwide through modernization of infrastructure, workforce, and technology.
