CT Strategies Co-Founder, Andrew Farrelly, Speaks to American Bar Association on Risk Management and Transportation Security

Mr. Farrelly delivers remarks on how U.S. Border Management authorities are having to continually reinvent risk mitigation strategies, while increasing trade facilitation capabilities in the face of an evolving threat landscape. New rules and regulations proposed by the U.S. government aimed at advancing security and economic interests must often be coordinated with the trade community and their legal representation.

In his remarks, Mr. Farrelly asks the legal community to be creative and open-minded in working with the government so that new rules and regulations may be swiftly passed to support both security and trade facilitation efforts in the greater interests of U.S. economic prosperity.
